  We offer you different daylong options; from easy climbs to more technical ones (where we will probably use crampons):

The 3×3.000m route: Aneto, Posets and Perdiguero

The 3x3.000m route - Aneto, Posets and Perdiguero, the highest peaks in the Pyrenees

  • Technical difficulty: medium (ability to feel comfortable skiing in all kind of snow)

  5 days route that climbs 3 of the 3.000m peaks in the Pyrenees: Aneto, Posets and Perdiguero

  We will get to ski the longest descents in the Pyrenees

  A solitary alpine rute where we will enjoy the wildest part of the mountain

  Access to mountain huts and Hospital de Benasque, hotel that has all kind of amenities and excellent gastronomy.

Program

In our own vehicles, we will drive to the parking lot in Cascadas de Escarpisona. From there, and through Forcau’s valley, we will climb to Angel Orús’ hut. Once there, we have the option to extend the day and climb Tucón Redondo (2.645m).
Ascent to Posets Peak (3.375m), through Neu’s valley (climbing the peak is not required to continue with the route). We will cross to Paul’s pass (3.060m), and from this solitary valley we will have a nice downhill and a key pass to reach Estos’ hut (1.890m).
From Estos’ hut we will descent to Turmo’s cabin (1.740m), and then climb to Ubaga’s pass (2.703m), and up to Perdiguero’s peak (3.222m). We will go down to Portal de Remuñe (2.831m) and enjoy a great downhill through the valley down to Llanos de Benasque (1.758m). There, we will spend the night in Hospital de Benasque, a charming hotel with a lot of history.
Day to rest and enjoy the beauty of Posets-Maladeta National Park. We will smoothly climb to Renclusa’s hut. For those with extra energy, possibility to climb Paderna’s peak (2.700m).
We will start early in the morning to reach Portillón Superior, a pass that will give us access to Aneto’s glacier. From there we will cross to Mahoma’s pass, that will get us to Aneto’s peak (3.404m). By doing a circular route, we will go down through Valle de Barrancs to Llanos del Hospital, enjoying one of the longest runs in the Pyrenees.

   We present you a ski touring route where you will discover the essence of one of the biggest national parks in the Spanish Pyrenees. With more than 400 lakes, the Park offers a quiet and wild environment, with the great services of the mountain huts, and the traditional gastronomy of the area.

Program: The route in 3 days

Meeting point in Vielha, and we drive to Pont de Ressec, in our own vehicles. From there we will start touring to Huella Crestada’s pass, going through Restanca’s hut. We will get to Ventosa i Calvell’s hut, where we will sleep. For those with extra energy, possibility to climb Montarto’s peak (2.833m), a classic in Val d’Aran.
We will wake up in Ventosa I Calvell’s hut to climb the famous mountain pass of Contraix. From there, we will enjoy a great descent down to the valley, close to Llong’s hut. After that, we will climb again up to Portarró d’Espot, close to the well-known Sant Maurici’s lake; amazing views and descent. We will finally climb smoothly to Amitges’ hut, where we will rest with all amenities.
From Amitges’ hut we will go in the direction of Ratera’s pass, with the option to climb its peak, 2.861m. Once here, we will enjoy a nice downhill to Colomers’ hut with the amazing views of the glacial cirque where we will find the best snow… After that, we will climb again to Restanca’s hut and this way we finish our circular route.

 Activity that climbs Montarto's peak (2,833m) and descends by its North face corridor. Descent starts with a rappel and has a slope maintained at 40º. Daylong activity that combines mountaineering with the adrenaline of skiing.

 Altitude difference: +1.450m

  It is possible to do the route in 2 days, sleeping in Restanca or Ventosa's mountain huts.
